1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 88qq ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 88qq platform — including the website, any mobile browser interface, and all game or betting services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 88qq platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 88qq reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be displayed prominently on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 88qq platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active. 88qq reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation where necessary.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. You may not register on behalf of another person, nor may you allow any third party to use your account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and must update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the 88qq platform or from any other gambling service due to a responsible gaming request or enforcement action.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether online betting is lawful in your specific jurisdiction within Bangladesh, you are responsible for seeking independent legal advice before registering.

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one account on the 88qq platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. 88qq employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, and where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 88qq support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 88qq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 88qq account that is not used for any other online service.
• Do not log in to your account on shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks where possible.
• If you use the "remember me" or persistent login feature on your mobile browser, ensure your device itself is password-protected to prevent unauthorised access.
• Never disclose your password to 88qq support staff. Legitimate 88qq support will never ask for your full password.

KYC Verification

88qq may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary to comply with anti-money laundering obligations or to verify eligibility. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of the mobile number used to register, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete. 88qq will handle all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

88qq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment account details are correct before initiating any transaction. 88qq is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect payment details provided by the player.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 88qq, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 88qq wallet balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 88qq does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge its own service fees.

• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that you own and are authorised to use. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is prohibited.
• 88qq reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is identified as fraudulent, associated with a prohibited payment method, or processed in error.
• All deposits are final once confirmed. 88qq cannot cancel or reverse a deposit that has been credited to your wallet.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours; processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing KYC verification.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 88qq reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, in line with our KYC obligations.
• Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be included in a withdrawal request. Only real-money balances that have cleared all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• 88qq does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard payout requests. Any fees imposed by the recipient payment service are outside 88qq's control and are the player's responsibility.

5Bonuses and Promotions

88qq may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in their specific terms. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• 88qq reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by a player. Once credited to a player's account, a bonus may not be altered to the player's detriment except where fraud or Terms violation is detected.
• Players who are identified as abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated bonus harvesting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment account.

88qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly impact a bonus already credited and in active play.

6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

88qq is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Players found to be engaging in prohibited conduct are subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or undermine the integrity of any betting market.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or any source not legally owned by the player.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain credits or winnings that would not have been awarded under normal operating conditions.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the 88qq platform, its servers, databases, or other infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward 88qq staff, support agents, or other players.

7Responsible Gaming

88qq is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. 88qq provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from the player's account dashboard without the need to contact support.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session reminders: Players may set timed reminders that notify them of how long they have been playing in a single session.
• Cool-down periods: Players may apply a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which they will be unable to log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 88qq platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation and arrangement of all such content — is the property of 88qq or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 88qq content without express written permission.

The 88qq name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use 88qq's trademarks, trade names, or branding. Unauthorised use of 88qq's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88qq's total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. 88qq expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss.

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or opportunity — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside 88qq's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers including delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other third-party payment service.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss not contemplated by these Terms, regardless of whether 88qq had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10Account Suspension and Termination

88qq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or abuse of the bonus system.
• 88qq has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• A regulator, law enforcement body, or court order requires 88qq to suspend or close the account.
• The player has requested voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for any reason other than a Terms breach or fraud finding, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where closure results from a confirmed breach or fraud finding, 88qq reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation or to apply forfeiture where applicable law permits.

11Privacy

88qq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and the rights available to you regarding your personal data. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

12Amendments to These Terms

88qq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 88qq will provide advance notice by displaying a prominent notification on the platform for a period of no less than seven days before the amendments take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of a provision) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 88qq platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting 88qq support.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 88qq, you are encouraged to first contact 88qq support at [email protected] to attempt resolution through the platform's internal dispute resolution process. 88qq will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the applicable legal process available in Bangladesh. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
